Back in 2015 we set about transforming our business and we’re now well on our way to achieving our goal of becoming one of the best digital airlines globally. A team of talented Digital leaders with diverse backgrounds and skills are committed to helping Air New Zealand achieve its big digital ambitions. Recruitment Process
Interested in becoming one of us? Here’s how our recruitment process works. If there are extra requirements for your specific job role, we’ll give you all the details before your first interview.
Application
Once you have completed your application we will assess your skills and experience against the requirements of the position.
First interview
At your interview we’ll focus on four areas: Your potential (ambition, learning agility and engagement skills) leadership qualities, whether your personal values are a good fit with our organisational values and your technical abilities.
Second interview
You will be invited to attend a second interview where we will assess your experience and skills and you will receive further information about the position.
Psychometric / Technical Testing
Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete further psychometric or technical evaluation tests.
Vetting
You will be asked to complete vetting and reference checks and if these are successful you will be asked to join the team.
Job Offer
Congratulations! If you reach this stage of the process you will be asked to join the team.
