ELEVATE Digital Graduate Programme

The 18-month ELEVATE Digital Graduate programme offers graduates full time, permanent roles with experienced digital teams dedicated to build cutting edge technology. 

As a Digital Graduate, your experience will be fully personalised to your skills and interests - you can choose to explore different areas of the digital team, or you can choose to deep dive into your craft #onesizefitsnone.

One of our values is “Welcome as a friend” and you will feel supported from day one with a dedicated buddy, graduate coordinator and leader to you support you on the daily and mentoring opportunities with senior leaders throughout the programme.

Summer internships

The Digital Summer Internship is a 12-week programme over the kiwi summer tailored not just for university students, but also for those with impressive digital skills who might not be on the traditional academic path. 

Whether you're mastering coding languages in your own time or pursuing education through alternative routes, this internship is your chance to dive into the exciting world of Air New Zealand where you will be mentored and feel supported every step of the way. 

You will collaborate with experts, develop practical skills, apply theory you have learnt and be immersed in real-life projects. Plus, if you truly shine, there's the opportunity to transition into our ELEVATE Digital Graduate Programme.
