Casual Aircraft Service Agent

Air New Zealand is looking for Casual Aircraft Service Agents to join our dedicated team at Queenstown Airport!

What will I be doing?
As part of our airport operations, you’ll work both indoors and outdoors, up close with a variety of aircraft and equipment. Your duties will include baggage handling, aircraft interior cleaning, and supporting smooth aircraft operations. You’ll need to be comfortable working in tight spaces on ATR and Jet aircraft holds. This is a physically demanding role, so being fit and enthusiastic about working in an active environment is essential!

Role Requirements:

• Entitled to live and work permanently in New Zealand at the time of applying (NZ Citizen, NZ Permanent Resident, or Australian Citizen)
• Minimum Restricted New Zealand Driver Licence at the time of applying
• Experience in a physically challenging, safety-conscious role
• Hardworking and motivated to deliver the best experience for our customers safely and efficiently
• Resilient, with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Casual Roster:
This is a casual position operating on an as-and-when-needed basis, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Shifts can start as early as 0500 and finish as late as 2200, ranging from 3 to 10 hours. Flexibility and reliability are key.
