Casual Customer Service Agent

We are looking for Holiday Hosts to join our team here at Queenstown Airport for the upcoming winter season. Our Holiday Hosts are the first point of contact with our customers. As such, you'll need to be prepared to connect with and delight people by demonstrating the Kiwi charm and capability that we are admired for around the world. You will aid and provide expertise to ensure the travel experience is smooth and seamless from check in through to boarding.
What will you be doing?
You will provide support with looking after our high volume of unaccompanied minors travelling, which will see you escorting our young travellers to and from their various check points. You will also be required to assist with pushing wheelchairs and lifting bags at any given time! Safety and Security are top priorities, and you'll have comprehensive training & support to ensure you, your colleagues, and customers are safe in this fast-paced environment.
You'll need:
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• A NZ Restricted or Full Licence and reliable transport to get yourself to work
• To be physically fit, able to walk up to 8km each day
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Resilience, self-motivation, and good prioritisation skills
• A fun and engaging attitude, plus a big smile!
Casual Roster:
We operate on an as-and-when-needed basis across Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Shifts can range from a 5:00am start to a 10:00pm finish and vary in length from a minimum of 4 hours to a maximum of 10 hours. We appreciate your flexibility and commitment to being available as required.
