We have an exciting opportunity to join the Air New Zealand Brand Centre of Excellence as Digital Content Producer (Senior Brand and Marketing Specialist). Air New Zealand is a leader in the brand and social media space by repeatedly delivering new, unique, and engaging campaigns and tactical responses. We are recruiting one permanent position.
The role you will play:
Reporting to the Chapter Lead Content Marketing, the key focus of this role is to develop and manage digital content for brand activity across various platforms such as social, digital, and traditional within brand guidelines and contributing to business objectives. You will be responsible for producing and delivering high-quality and timely photography and video content to support external media activity and drive internal communications initiatives, publications, and coverage of events.
You will partner with the Creative Lead and Brand Strategists to develop content that ensures significant brand reputation is supported. Additionally, you will support the development and implementation of creative content in conjunction with the Brand Strategy and Brand team and wider business to ensure the strategy is cohesive and in line with business objectives.
Our ideal candidate:
- You have experience in production as a videographer/cinematographer and content editor within a team environment.
- You possess high-quality videography and video editing skills with proficiency in sound, audio recording and mixing, lighting, framing and composition, storyboards, camera movements, etc., with proven postproduction experience.
- It is advantageous if you have photographic and photo editing skills.
- You are a university graduate or have relevant on-the-job design, videography, video journalism, photography, marketing, or communication qualifications.
- You are adept at liaising and building rapport with colleagues across the business to capture their stories in a compelling way and ensure effective messages are conveyed in line with brand guidelines.
- You maintain an efficient and effective workflow for postproduction, ensuring high-quality editing services in a timely manner.
- You are the subject matter expert making recommendations to strengthen the housekeeping practices of the internal studio.
- You remain ahead of trends and lean into opportunities to stretch the Brand CoE to consider innovative ways of storytelling and storydoing.
