Expressions of Interest - Flight Crew Ground Instructors

We are seeking expressions of Interest from highly motivated and enthusiastic Flight Crew Ground Instructors to join our team in 2025.

Successful candidates will provide type rating, performance and technical training in accordance with approved curricula, maintain and update knowledge of relevant aviation training, and provide administrative support for assigned courses. You will also instruct the use of teaching aids, and advise on methods and techniques of instruction, and assess and report on individual trainee performance.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Previous training and experience as an instructor,
• an aviation background as a Pilot
• relevant certifications in training, education or similar.

The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and customer focused.
