Kia ora!
At Air New Zealand, we are building back better as we connect friends and whānau all over Aotearoa to each other and reconnect Kiwis to the world. To deliver on this, we have opportunities available within our Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO).
We are looking for a Learning Facilitator with Aircraft Type Training delivery experience to join our Maintenance Training Organisation. We have a full time, permanent position (40 hours per week) based in Auckland.
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated instructional and facilitation skills and have prior experience of coaching and providing constructive feedback on some or all of the following aircraft types: Q300, ATR, A320, B777, B787. Commercially astute, with your subject knowledge, personality, and communication skills you will rapidly gain credibility with both Aircraft Engineering students and work colleagues. You'll have a proactive, innovative approach and a can-do attitude.
Reporting to the Facilitation Leader, your key focus is to represent the (MTO) team to ensure training delivery is aligned to Air New Zealand brand values, learning objectives, and airline approved instructional techniques. You must have at least 3 years work experience and/or a bachelor’s degree.
This is an exciting opportunity that will give you significant experience in a unique industry. If you are interested, please apply online via the Air New Zealand Careers site. Please include a cover letter telling us how your skills and experience will support your success in this role.
Pay range $108,000 - $118,000 (dependent on skills & experience). Advertising closes - 30th July 2024
