Master Data Administrator

Are you detail-driven, data-savvy, and ready to make a real impact behind the scenes of one of New Zealand’s most iconic brands? Join our Supply Chain team as a Master Data Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract and help keep our operations running smoothly.

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Master Data Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality data across our systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure our master data supports efficient procurement, inventory and operational processes.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating & maintaining master data records with precision & consistency
  • Liaising with suppliers & internal stakeholders to validate & update key information
  • Identifying & resolving data discrepancies to ensure system integrity
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across data management processes

Success in this role looks like:

  • 100% accuracy in master data entries and updates
  • Timely resolution of data issues to avoid operational delays
  • Strong collaboration with stakeholders across the business
  • Proactive identification of opportunities to improve data quality

This role will suit you if you are:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail & a head for numbers
  • Skilled in data entry and administration, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • A confident communicator who can build relationships across teams and suppliers
  • Adaptable & eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experienced with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or similar platforms (highly desirable)
