The Role You Will Play

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labour to join our dynamic team in Auckland. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll and Time & Labour systems, ensuring seamless payroll operations and compliance with business requirements.

What You Will Bring to This Role

• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labour is essential, and preferably you will also have PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll experience.
• A strong understanding of payroll compliance and legislative requirements in New Zealand.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Previous experience working in complex environments.
