How you’ll make an impact
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable APIs and integrations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance within the engineering community.
- Contribute to developing standards and processes to elevate our digital capabilities.
- Participate in architecture discussions, effectively presenting technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure reliable performance and scalability of mission-critical applications through proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance automation, CI/CD practices, and cloud infrastructure.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Java.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale web applications.
- Solid experience with API gateways, middleware integrations, and related testing and support.
- Familiarity with technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kafka, Mule, or IBM WebSphere (advantageous).
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven track record delivering multiple successful projects.
- Agile mindset, self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to excellence.
- Participation in an on-call roster as part of our commitment to reliability.
