Senior Systems Analyst

Based at either our Auckland Airport campus or Christchurch Maintenance facility, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced, high-performing team. You’ll work closely with Senior Systems Analysts, connected through an engaged network of squads and product owners, making your impact felt directly in the business.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide robust day-to-day support and maintenance of critical systems and their integrations, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies to enhance our digital capabilities.
- Map, analyse, and enhance business processes, delivering impactful system improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, embracing and championing our shared values and collaborative ways of working.
- Engage deeply with stakeholders, facilitating workshops and building strong, collaborative relationships with both business partners and vendors.
What we’re looking for
- Strong functional expertise, ideally with experience in SAP ECC6.0 or S/4HANA.
- Practical experience with SAP Modules (MM, WM, IM essential; TM, FI, SD advantageous).
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management processes, including Demand Planning, Vendor Management, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, and Warehouse Management.
- Proven ability to support and integrate both hosted and on-premise systems in medium-to-large organisations.
- Experience with integration technologies such as Fiori, BTP, and API.
- An analytical mindset, skilled in root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
- Familiarity with service management practices or an ITIL qualification and a sound understanding of QA principles.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
