Workforce Coordinator

About the role

  • Coordinate daily workforce schedules to ensure optimal coverage across operational areas
  • Monitor real-time staffing levels and make adjustments to minimise disruption and maintain service standards
  • Collaborate with leaders to forecast staffing needs and improve workforce planning accuracy
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency gains
  • Support contingency planning to respond to operational changes, disruptions, or peak demand
  • Build strong relationships with frontline teams to enable smooth communication and execution

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in workforce coordination, rostering, or operational planning, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Proficiency with workforce management systems or similar tools
  • A curious and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team success
