Join Air New Zealand as a proactive and highly organised Administrator/Junior Personal Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract ending January 2026. This dynamic and facilitative role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support our busy Standards and Training team.
In this diverse position, you will coordinate our Simulator Instructor team with general administration duties, manage the diary and emails for the Senior Manager Standards and Training, organise meetings, conferences, and events. Your efforts will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the overall Standards and Training team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to keep our Senior Leaders at the top of their game
- Act as a trusted business partner, ready to hit the ground running and embrace the challenges and diversity this role offers.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Prior experience in an administrative role with excellent time management and organisational skills, office management, and coordination
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize the demands of the Leaders and their team
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A meticulous approach that ensures a very high standard of execution
- A passion for creating and building a great team culture, including managing a social calendar that celebrates the team's diversity and facilitating events and celebrations
- A drive for results, resilience, and a confidential approach
- Expertise in the MS Office Suite.
