Working within our Digital Platform Tribe and reporting to the Chapter Lead, you'll join the End User Compute Chapter in the Workplace Experience Squad. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, focusing on the Microsoft Teams Calling platform, ensuring our people have reliable, high-performing digital tools.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead support and development of the Microsoft Teams Calling platform, ensuring seamless communication experiences through effective configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor collaboration.
- Manage and maintain Teams Calling portals, ensuring accuracy in configuration, security standards compliance, and user provisioning.
- Analyse and enhance digital applications and integrations, optimizing system performance, usability, and operational efficiency.
- Create clear functional specifications and documentation, ensuring solutions align with current and future business needs.
- Provide comprehensive business analysis for communication and collaboration systems, enabling informed decisions to improve operational effectiveness.
- Deliver insightful data analysis and reporting, presenting performance dashboards and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert, providing guidance, best practices, and effective resolution to maintain robust system operations.
Ideally you will have:
- Proven expertise managing and optimising Microsoft Teams Calling platforms.
- Advanced analytical, business modelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong influencing abilities at senior stakeholder levels.
