What will you be doing?

Step into the heart of airport operations at Napier Airport, where no two days are ever the same. You’ll be working indoors and outdoors, handling everything from baggage loading to ensuring aircraft interiors are spotless and ready for takeoff. Get up close to Air New Zealand’s Q300 and ATR aircraft, working in tight spaces and hands-on with advanced machinery. If you thrive on physical challenges and working in dynamic environments, this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Permanent eligibility to work in New Zealand at the time of applying
• Full or restricted New Zealand driver licence
• Experience in physically demanding roles—bring your stamina and love for movement
• Awareness of working in safety-conscious environments
• Hardworking, motivated, and committed to making every flight a success
• Good time management and the resilience to handle changing schedules with ease

What’s the schedule like?

This part-time role offers between 36 to 72 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster. With flight schedules driving your shifts, you’ll need flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
