Cabin Crew Manager

The Role    

Reporting to the Senior Manager Cabin Crew, a permanent opportunity is available within our Widebody team.   

The Cabin Crew Manager is responsible for a team of approximately 100 direct reports, including flight attendants and onboard leaders. You will working with a number of stakeholders throughout the business, including unions on all business changes and initiatives.  This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your leadership capability, be part of a high performing team working within a complex operations environment.    

What we are looking for:   

This is an inspiring leadership role with a focus on developing an engaged group of crew to drive customer service and high performance.   

  • You will have proven leadership experience managing a large team   
  • Your unwavering passion for people will allow you to positively contribute towards building a positive engaged culture   
  • You will have an appreciation for shift work and an understanding of leading a remote workforce. It is a challenging position that requires a flexible and determined approach tailored to the 24/7 nature of the business.   
  • Your strong business partnering skills will see you building strong and open relationships with our union partners  
  • Your ability to manage a high workload that requires prioritisation, and are able to work independently as well as part of a team  
  •  Experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not essential
