Here at Air New Zealand Cargo, we have a unique ability to work strategically with Shippers, Exporters, Freight Forwarders, and Industry-bodies to develop long term, sustainable, growth plans.  To continue this success story and supercharge our cargo business, we are looking for an energetic and innovative professional to join us as an Account Manager. Based in Melbourne this role will look to support our customers across a range of cargo channels.

We are seeking a driven professional who excels in understanding business operations and driving improvements. Building strong relationships with customers is your key strength, enabling you to effectively advocate for enhancements. You’re outstanding and communication skills will help you maintain and strengthen these relationships, ensuring their needs are met. You'll work closely with senior commercial leaders to implement necessary improvements and ensure efficient operations.

As a trusted advisor, you are confident and agile in identifying opportunities and answering any questions that come your way. Juggling multiple tasks, you constantly strive to work proactively, staying two steps ahead to ensure everything runs at optimum efficiency. Utilsing your strong planning and execution skills, you will contribute to creating a high-performing and winning team culture.
