- Lead procurement for assigned digital categories
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with passionate internal stakeholders and external partners
- Design and execute, end-to-end, high quality procurement strategies that deliver tangible and sustainable value and elevate employee and customer experience across our global network
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and innovation
- Drive positive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) outcomes
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks

We’re seeking a commercially astute professional who bring a balance of leadership, technical skill, strategic thinking, and relationship capability.
You will have:
- Proven leadership experience (2+ years) in motivating, coaching and growing commercial teams
- Deep expertise in technology, understanding commercial nuances of vendor-provided infrastructure hardware, software (SaaS) and digital services
- Strong procurement skills across sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier management – or equivalent commercial skills gained in related professions such as Legal, Commercial, or Finance
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders up to Chief level
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
