Based in Auckland and reporting to the Manager Components, you will be part of the Aircraft Maintenance and Delivery Part 145 Component Maintenance leadership team. - Review organisational and operational changes to ensure compliance risks are identified and effectively managed
- Manage the implementation of regulatory rule changes, ensuring clear understanding and adherence
- Support internal and external audit programmes, including engagement with regulatory authorities and the maintenance of approved expositions and manuals
- Lead investigations, determine root causes, and recommend actions to prevent recurrence
- Partner with accountable leaders across Aircraft Maintenance and Delivery to develop and embed compliant policies, procedures, and systems
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legislative and operational standards, safeguarding operational integrity
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience within the aviation quality, safety and compliance environment
- Extensive relevant aircraft industry experience, including an aviation trade qualification. Licensing, certification and team leadership experience are advantageous
- Strong knowledge and understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks within the Part 145 environment
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Auditing and investigation training with experience is advantageous
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and safety excellence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How we look after you

- FlexiLeave, giving you the option to purchase up to four extra weeks of leave each year
- Life insurance cover of 100,000 dollars for permanent employees under 65
- Medical expense support through Koruhealth, covering GP visits, prescriptions and more
- A learning culture that supports your next step, not just your current role
If you meet the majority of the criteria and are excited by the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our safety and compliance culture across Components.
