You will be responsible for ensuring that Air New Zealand's credit risk exposure both from the industry and individual participants are minimised through the application of sound credit control analysis and procedures. This role also is responsible for critically and proactively assessing, developing and improving company policy to encompass all prospective risk to the Air New Zealand Group. As Credit Analyst you will work with a wide range of revenue clients from corporate through to cargo and trade.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 years+ credit management experience in a large company
- 1 year + accounting experience
- You will be known for your analytical and reporting ability along with strong risk management assessment.
- Advanced excel skills and be able to present reports at board level.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- You will also be someone who is aware of the bigger picture in regards to key industry events and identify how that may affect the credit risk exposure for the organisation and act accordingly.
Our customers are at the core of our business, so this role requires you to be someone who builds strong relationships and has a high level of influencing skills at all levels of the business both internally and externally.
This is a small and dynamic team with a strong focus on teamwork and continually looking for ways to improve so we are looking for someone who is energetic and up for the challenge.
