Digital Performance Marketing Analyst – Loyalty - 12-month fixed term contract

We’re on a fast-paced digital journey and are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Marketing Analyst to help elevate the way we use data and marketing technology to optimise customer experiences across our loyalty programme. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. 

About the role

As Digital Performance Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a key analytical and strategic role within the Loyalty Tribe. You’ll work closely with Digital Performance Marketing, Martech and Analytics teams to dig into customer behaviour, interpret dashboards and reporting, and turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and personalised engagement.

This is a technically capable analyst role you’ll be highly confident with SQL and working with large enterprise data sets, and ideally have experience or an interest in Liquid templating language to support personalisation logic. You’ll collaborate across teams to support segmentation, reporting improvement and insight-led optimisation of loyalty activity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Use SQL and large data sets to dive deep into customer behaviour, loyalty performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Work with existing dashboards and reporting to extract insights and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Partner with Loyalty Marketing, Product, Martech and Analytics teams to enable insight-driven decisions
  • Support segmentation, personalisation and measurement in platforms such as Braze, Unica/Acoustic, Google and SAS tools
  • Communicate complex analysis and insights in a clear, compelling way to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Coach and uplift team capability in data interpretation and analytical thinking

Our ideal candidate: 

  • 5–10 years’ experience in marketing analytics, customer analytics or data-driven marketing
  • Strong SQL capability and experience with data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake)
  • Confidence working with dashboards and reporting tools
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. Braze, Unica, Acoustic, Google, SAS tools)
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills

Preferred / Open to learning

  • Experience or willingness to learn Liquid templating language
  • Familiarity with CDPs or data activation tools
  • Agile or product team experience
