  • Contribute to training program development to ensure continuous improvement and compliance
  • Maintain training records and ensure accuracy in performance reporting
  • Collaborate with operational and training teams to uphold Air New Zealand’s high standards of safety and performance
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to pilots, fostering a learning culture built on excellence and support.

What you’ll bring

  • ATR family operational experience
  • Current or eligible to hold a NZCAA Part 121 Flight Examiner approval
  • Current ATR72-600 type rating
  • Instructional experience in an airline environment
  • Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
  • 1500 hours pilot-in-command of a Part 121 aircraft
  • 750 hours pilot-in-command multi-engine.

If you meet all of these requirements and bring strong instructional experience with a passion for developing others, we would love to hear from you.
