Our Team - Delivery Enablement
As a graduate in the Delivery Enablement team, you’ll be part of the engine room that keeps our digital programmes running smoothly and at pace. We orchestrate the delivery of complex initiatives by applying product-led, scaled agile practices. That means designing cross-functional squads, embedding fit-for-purpose governance, and creating delivery plans that enable meaningful, incremental value.
You’ll work alongside experienced mentors and teammates to assess change impacts, design tailored interventions, and guide stakeholders through delivery and implementation. It's all about making sure the changes we deliver are sustainable and make a real difference to how we work.
A little more about you
- You have a relevant tertiary qualification in areas like Business, Project Management, Design Thinking, Technology or another related field.
- You are completing your studies by the end of 2025 or have completed 18 months prior.
- You’re passionate about how ideas become reality – from strategy through to delivery.
- Passion and curiosity that is being explored through project work outside of university. You’re curious about ways of working (like Agile, product thinking or human-centred design) and enjoy solving complex problems.
- You’re a strong communicator, love working with others, and can adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- You’re self-motivated, eager to learn, and bring fresh energy to every challenge.
