Groups Coordinator and Sales Support - Taiwan

This 12-month fixed term role is essential to supporting our local team in Taiwan, ensuring our customers, partners and internal stakeholders receive a reliable and seamless experience.
In this role, you will sit at the heart of our Taiwan operation, supporting both administrative requirements and frontline sales activity. About the role
- Process foreign exchange transactions and tax filings, and coordinate VAT or business tax submissions and audit documentation with accounting firms.
- Manage provisional and final income tax submissions and ensure compliance with local authority timeframes.
- Oversee telecom billing, staff roaming applications, vendor billing, meal tasting arrangements, and hotel reservations for visiting staff.
- Prepare CAA reporting, assist with customer complaint responses, and support payments, reimbursements, vendor setup, and trade rebate applications.
- Assist with business registration updates, office lease and contract handling, and visa or entry permit applications.
- Maintain daily office operations including procurement, receipt collection, mailing, and general administration.
- Respond to daily inquiries from agents and direct customers to support sales and service outcomes.
- Issue travel certificates, submit waiver requests, and operate internal booking systems for fare searches, booking management, special service requests and name corrections.
- Support group bookings including name list updates, group division, PD messages, confirmations, ticketing coordination, and preparation of airport seat or rooming manifests.
What you will bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, ideally within travel or aviation.
- Strong Mandarin proficiency for customer communication, with operational English skills for email and system use.
- Confidence with MS Office and ideally experience with airline or travel agency booking tools such as QIK or GDS platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines, especially those required by government authorities.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a high level of discretion when managing confidential information.
- A proactive, solutions focused approach and willingness to learn industry specific systems and processes.
