In these roles, you’ll be responsible for inventory reporting, accuracy and governance. You’ll analyse stock performance, support surplus and obsolescence activity and help maintain high standards of data integrity across our systems, working closely with teams across the business.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll produce regular inventory reports covering stock levels, ageing, and inventory turns, and analyse trends to support performance reporting for Planning and Finance. You’ll also:
- Maintain and validate inventory data, planning parameters, and system transactions
- Support surplus and obsolete material sales, including identification, documentation, and logistics coordination
- Process stock adjustments, corrections, transfers, and scrapping in line with approved procedures
- Support cycle counting, reconciliation, and stock verification activities
- Work closely with Planning, Engineering, Warehousing, Procurement, and Finance to resolve inventory issues.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have experience in inventory control, supply chain or materials management, along with strong analytical skills and confidence using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Experience working with ERP or MRP systems is important, as is a high level of attention to detail and a solid understanding of inventory governance and compliance.
You’ll also be a clear communicator who enjoys working across teams.
Experience in aviation, engineering or manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
