- Develop and design scalable learning solutions using the latest digital and blended learning methodologies.
- Work collaboratively with other Learning Specialists and subject matter experts to ensure learning solutions align with capability objectives.
- Lead or contribute to capability discovery work, using consulting techniques to clarify needs, define success metrics, and co-design appropriate learning pathways.
- Instructional design of a range of content and materials to deliver modern, engaging learning experiences.
- Apply contemporary learning measurement and evaluation techniques to understand impact and ROI, and support continuous improvement.
- Network and maintain relationships with external providers, specialists, and centres of excellence to stay abreast of developments in L&D and related disciplines.
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively follow and optimise established processes and platforms to deliver learning solutions on time and within budget.
- Ensure the safety and security of all people, assets, systems and procedures under your influence, in compliance with safe operating practices, company policy, and regulatory standards.
What you will bring to the role:
- Five years’ experience in internal or external learning design and development, including blended and digital delivery.
- Experience in learning needs analysis, stakeholder consulting and programme evaluation, ideally with a focus on organisational capability and business impact.
- Experience developing capability frameworks to support robust learning strategies.
- Experience in data-driven learning evaluation, including setting meaningful metrics and applying insights to improve learning experiences.
- Experience working in a large, complex or multinational organisation.
Nice to haves:
- Experience working in a regulatory and/or operational environment
- Experience using the Adobe Suite and Articulate Storyline
- Experience filming and editing video
- Agile project management capability
- Design-thinking mindset
- Exposure to learning analytics tools or platforms
- Certification in instructional design, learning evaluation, or performance consulting
