Personal Assistant

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to the People Lead of Performance & Rewards and the Area Chapter Lead of Learning at Air New Zealand, based in Auckland. This is a unique opportunity to partner with senior management and play a crucial role in the coordination of activities at the highest level.

About the Role:

  • Diverse Responsibilities: Engage in a dynamic role that includes diary and email management, travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, and assisting in managing departmental costs. You will also provide project coordination and reporting input for various projects for the General Manager and their leadership team.
  • Strategic Support: Your role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our Senior Leaders. You will be expected to hit the ground running, embracing the challenge, diversity, and scope this role offers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Culture: Contribute to a positive team environment by managing a social calendar that celebrates the team's diversity, including facilitating events and celebrations.

What will you bring? 

  • Proven PA experience with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize the demands of the Leaders and their team.
  • Demonstrated meticulous approach ensuring a very high standard of execution.
  • Drive for results, resilience, and a confidential approach.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite.
