We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Planning Support Officer to join the Light Maintenance Planning Team at the Auckland Airport Campus on a 12-month fixed contract.
This is an ideal role if you enjoy administration, have a keen eye for detail and like variety during your day while working in a fast-paced environment as part of a small dynamic team. This role has a weekly rotating shift pattern, which includes overnight activity. Currently 40 hours over 4-5 days per week, with the potential of increasing to 7-day coverage in the near future,
This role will:
- Provide administrative support to assist in the efficient planning of aircraft light maintenance and check visits
- Involve the printing and checking of maintenance packs, creating service orders, entering data and ensuring that the information is accurate, timely, up-to-date and available to our Planners, Team Leaders and Production Staff in support of aircraft maintenance
- Work with commercially sensitive and confidential information so exercising the highest degree of discretion is mandatory.
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven administration experience and a strong customer focus that shines through in all their interactions
- Have superb time management and organisational skills with the ability to cope under pressure
- Be adaptable and able to manage changing priorities and work effectively and accurately with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including sound computer skills with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
