Sales Specialist (Loyalty Partners)

Help keep one of New Zealand’s most loved loyalty programmes running smoothly. In this role, you will be the engine behind strong retail partnerships, supporting seamless delivery, trusted relationships and great outcomes for millions of Airpoints members.

As Loyalty Sales Support within our Airpoints Retail Partnerships team, you’ll sit at the heart of a high performing squad that connects Air New Zealand with some of the country’s most recognisable retail brands. This role exists to make things work brilliantly behind the scenes, enabling Partner Managers to focus on growth while you ensure our partners receive outstanding, reliable support.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support retail partners with day to day account, operational, and programme queries, helping resolve issues quickly and confidently
  • Coordinate marketing approvals, partner activations and campaign delivery to ensure smooth and timely execution
  • Manage reporting, audits, invoicing support and accurate CRM records to keep partnerships running seamlessly
  • Assist with partner onboarding, systems setup and contact centre readiness to set new partners up for success
  • Work closely with Partner Managers and internal teams to improve processes and lift partner experience outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in account support, customer service, or operational roles, ideally in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset, you enjoy fixing problems and improving how things work
  • Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in partnerships and loyalty
