Senior Airport Performance Specialist

The role:
The Senior Airport Performance Specialist will identify, analyse, develop and implement initiatives to enhance and optimise operational performance across Airports. This role leads continuous improvement strategies in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in operations and across the business, to ensure the delivery of superior agreed outcomes for Airports, our business and our customers.
What we are looking for:
- Proven ability to lead, influence and deliver strategic change with large workgroups and across multiple and complex business areas and senior leaders, including Union partners.
- Ability to deliver end-to-end resource planning, operational design and implementation through robust analysis and validation of current practices, service level agreements, and data and insights.
- Experience in leading improvement strategies to leverage cost and efficiency gains, understanding the bigger picture and end-to-end impact.
- Ability to clearly articulate and measure value, identify and mitigate risks, ensure successful and sustainable adoption of changes.
- Awareness of operational integrity, safety and compliance requirements in an operational environment.
- Understanding of shift work and the demands of an operational environment. This is a challenging position that requires a flexible and determined approach tailored to the 24/7 nature of the business.
- Strong Team Player who is open minded, flexible and comfortable challenging the status quo.
