We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Chapter Area as Chapter Lead – Corporate & Government Sales. You will support and coach a high-performing sales team, ensuring we deepen relationships with our high-value customers (HVCs), optimise commercial agreements, and leverage data-driven insights to unlock new revenue opportunities. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in corporate and/or government sales leadership, with experience managing large customer portfolios and delivering strong revenue outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of B2B sales strategies, key account management, and commercial negotiations.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships to drive long-term customer value.
  • A relevant university qualification.
  • Aviation industry experience and knowledge of corporate/government travel dynamics would be beneficial, but not essential.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of Air New Zealand’s corporate and government sales strategy while working alongside a team passionate about delivering world-class customer and commercial outcomes.
