Senior Performance Analyst - Supply Chain

We have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Performance team. This role delivers performance reporting, analytics and financial modelling that support clear, evidence-based decisions across Supply Chain and Finance.

Working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Data and AI, you’ll design and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards and analytical models that provide a trusted view of cost, service, productivity and value.

How you’ll make an impact
You’ll lead the development of Supply Chain performance reporting and analytics, primarily using Power BI, providing timely insights across cost, service, inventory, productivity, risk and sustainability. You’ll build and maintain financial and cost models to support budgeting, forecasting and business cases and ensure KPI definitions and data lineage are consistent and trusted.

You’ll partner with Supply Chain, Finance and Technology teams to deliver fit-for-purpose reporting solutions, support and improve data pipelines and datasets, contribute to data governance practices, and build self-service capability through training and coaching.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in analytics, BI or performance reporting, ideally in Supply Chain, operations or an asset-intensive environment
  • Strong Power BI capability, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard development, with experience using SQL
  • Proven ability to build financial and cost models and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and planning skills, with an understanding of data governance principles.
