- Evaluate the strategic attractiveness of markets, regions and customer flows using commercial, operational and competitive insights.
- Develop robust analysis and scenario modelling that informs network strategy and long-term planning decisions.
- Bring together insights from across the business to ensure network recommendations consider fleet, operations, customer experience, alliances, cargo and commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic planning by translating network analysis into clear recommendations that support enterprise and financial planning.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks that shape future network priorities.
What we're looking for
- Experience in strategy, network planning, aviation, consulting, commercial analysis or a related field.

- Commercial acumen and an understanding of how strategic decisions create long-term business value.
- Experience working with data, scenario modelling or strategic planning to support business decision making.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across a range of teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
- Curiosity, initiative and a collaborative approach, with a passion for solving complex business challenges.
If you bring most of this experience, along with transferable skills and the drive to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
