- Design and maintain staffing models that incorporate key factors such as overtime, shift patterns, training planning and leave management.
- Monitor real-time data and performance metrics to identify potential staffing gaps or surpluses and proactively make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular capacity planning analysis to ensure the right number of resources are available at the right time, avoiding both overstaffing and understaffing situations.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce forecasting, hiring projections, and onboarding strategies.
- Collaborate with training and development teams to ensure continuous skill development and cross-training opportunities, enabling flexibility within the workforce.
- Provide insightful reports and recommendations to senior management on workforce trends, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives.
Our ideal candidate:
- Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in the aviation industry or a related field.
- Previous experience with data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
- Proficiency in workforce management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with relevant labour laws, contractual requirements, regulations, and best practices.
