Our Team - Analytics and AI

Our Analytics and AI team enables robust & reliable data, game-changing insights and powerful predictions about the future. Through a range of techniques from data engineering to advanced AI, we strive to generate smart decisions at the airline at scale and speed. 

A little more about you

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Data Engineering, Data Science or Engineering Science.
  • You are completing your studies by the end of 2024 or have completed 18 months prior.
  • Passionate about technology and emerging trends that have the potential to change the way we work, live, and communicate.
  • Passion and curiosity that is being explored through project work outside of university. Are you currently creating a website, interacting on GitHub or Kaggle, and looking to solve big problems with data? We want to learn more about you!
  • Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and enjoy working on ambiguous and fuzzy problems. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.

    A Day at our office in Auckland where you will have individual kōrero with Air New Zealanders and take part in a group activity, so you can showcase your awesome experience and skills.
  • Step 4: Chemistry Chat
    We want to make sure you feel comfortable with your decision, so you’ll have a final kōrero with your potential leader, to learn more about what your day-to-day will be like.
