Aircraft Maintenance Training Support Leader

We are growing our team and seeking a dedicated and experienced aircraft maintenance engineer for a permanent, full-time position based in Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our Engineering and Maintenance teams by ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge, skills and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Design, deliver and assess technical and practical training for Engineering and Maintenance staff
- Ensure that all training activities comply with regulatory and company policies & procedures, upholding high standards of quality and consistency
- Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
Learning Development and Mentoring
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to employees throughout their development path to an NZQA aviation qualification, helping them to achieve their full potential
- Manage, monitor and assess the progress of employees NZQA unit standards, ensuring they meet their learning objectives and milestones. (being a qualified NZQA assessor would be an advantage).
Training Program Development and Support
- Ensure that the development program is aligned with industry best practices and NZQA qualification framework
- Collaborate with Industry Training Organisations (ITOs) and industry professionals to develop new Unit Standards under NZQA standards.
