Aircraft Service Agent - Invercargill

Air New Zealand are currently recruiting for a Permanent, part-time Aircraft Service Agent to join our team at Invercargill Airport.
What will I be doing?
Playing a key role in the operation at Invercargill Airport, the role will see you working both indoors and outdoors, up close alongside a variety of aircraft and machinery. The varied duties will include baggage handling and aircraft interior cleaning. You will need to be comfortable working in tight spaces on the smaller Q300 and ATR aircraft. The role is physically demanding so being fit and keen to work in a physical environment is essential!
Role Requirements
- Entitled to work Permanently in New Zealand at the time of applying (NZ Citizen, NZ Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
- Full or Restricted New Zealand Driver Licence at time of application.
- Experience working in a physically challenging role, in a safety conscious environment
- Hardworking, and motivated to do your best for our customers in a safe and timely manner
- Resilient, with good time management and the ability to adjust to changing deadlines and priorities
Shift Work Roster
The part time role will see you working between 36 and 72 hours a fortnight. You will be rostered on shifts which rotate and change, depending on the business needs and flight schedule. We operate every day between the hours of 0500 and 2200. This includes working weekends, nights and on public holidays. You will need to be flexible to work across these different shift days and times.
