We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven leader to take on the role of Hamilton Airport Manager. This dynamic leader will work proactively to deliver on key metrics, provide strong and supportive leadership, and ensure we maintain a high level of operational integrity and regulatory compliance. Importantly, the successful candidate will be confident in their ability to lead, coach, and develop our people in this hub. Motivating their team in a sometimes-challenging environment, they will always focus on ensuring the ongoing safety and stability of the operation as we move into the future.

- Manage the airport budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
- Ideally, have knowledge and experience in an operations environment with an understanding of airport regulatory requirements.
