Reporting to the Head of Regional Airports, we're looking for an energetic, dynamic and results driven leader to run our Queenstown Airport. They will work proactively to deliver on key metrics, provide strong and supportive leadership and ensure we meet a high level of operational integrity and regulatory compliance. Importantly, the successful candidate will be confident in their ability to lead, coach and developing our people in this this key port. Motivating their team in a busy sometimes challenging environment and always focused on ensuring the ongoing safety and stability of the operation as we move into the future.

Across New Zealand all of our Regional Airport Managers hold key roles with a focus on delivering to the Kia Mau strategy of grow domestic. To be successful in this role you will:
- Excellent people leadership skills and ability to coach and develop individuals for success.
- Able to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, regulators, contractors, and local authorities
- Be able to think strategically and maintain a long-term outlook.
- Have the ability to influence positive outcomes at all levels.
- Have good commercial skills and a drive to deliver results.
- Manage the airport budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
- Ideally have knowledge and experience in an operations environment with understanding of airport regulatory requirements
