We have a permanent full-time opportunity for a highly skilled Fleet Support professional to join our Crew Enablement team based in Auckland. Reporting to the Cabin Crew Manager Enablement, you will provide smooth and efficient administrative support for our Cabin Crew Leaders. Your ability to handle diverse responsibilities and adapt to changing demands will be a valuable asset to the team.
This dynamic role offers a significant opportunity to engage with various parts of the organisation daily. You’ll thrive on wearing multiple hats, tackling new tasks, and embracing the evolving nature of administrative work within our Cabin Crew whānau. A willingness to take on practical, hands-on tasks and roll up your sleeves when needed to achieve outcomes is essential
To be successful in this role you will ideally possess the following qualifications.
- Tech savvy and skilled in data analysis, you excel at identifying process improvements and are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to present and implement your insights effectively.
- Strong data analysis and process improvement skills, experience in managing complex administrative tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility in working hours is required, including availability on weekends to meet with the team and support operations. Additionally, candidates should be prepared for on-call responsibilities for weekends, should the need arise.
- A team player who thrives in collaboration, contributing, and fostering positive relationships.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, optimistic and solution-orientated.
- Experience and or knowledge of the Cabin Crew or an Operational environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective across all organisational levels.
- Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking ability with keen attention to detail
