Help keep New Zealand moving. Join our Cargo team in Christchurch as a Cargo Warehouse Agent on a fixed term basis and play an important role in ensuring freight is handled safely, accurately and efficiently. Every shipment you process helps connect businesses, communities, and customers across Aotearoa and beyond.

As part of our Cargo team, you'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where safety, teamwork and reliability are at the heart of everything we do. This is a great opportunity to build valuable experience in cargo and logistics while working alongside a supportive team. 

About the role 

• Load, unload and safely handle a variety of cargo, including heavy and oversized freight 
• Build, break down and prepare cargo pallets and containers for transport 
• Complete cargo acceptance checks and documentation accurately to support efficient operations 
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in line with operational procedures 
• Contribute to a safe, organised and high-performing warehouse environment. 

What we're looking for 

• Availability to work primarily Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around hours when required 
• The physical fitness required for manual handling and working in an active warehouse environment 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety procedures consistently 
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.
