In this 12-month fixed term Executive Assistant role, you will shape the rhythm, focus and clarity that powers executive decision-making and drives organisational performance.

About the role

  • As Executive Assistant within our organisation, you will provide proactive, sophisticated support at executive level, enabling focus on strategic priorities and delivery.
  • Participate in a 6-month rotation through our Leadership Squad workflow support, gaining exposure to different Executive Team members and priorities across the organisation
  • Provide high-level executive support, shaping structure, clarity and momentum across complex portfolios
  • Orchestrate a highly complex calendar, inbox, travel and expenses, aligning time and energy to the highest organisational priorities
  • Anticipate emerging risks and resolve conflicts early, protecting executive focus and momentum
  • Prepare polished board and executive materials including presentations, briefings and reports that support informed decision-making
  • Coordinate Executive Team meetings and leadership forums end-to-end, driving clear agendas, quality documentation and tracked actions
  •  Enable governance and reporting rhythms across the portfolio, ensuring deadlines and milestones are consistently met
  • Act as a trusted liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders, strengthening relationships and safeguarding reputation
  • Partner with Executive Assistants across the squad to deliver seamless, Company-wide support coverage
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to PA’s in Chapter
  • Plan and deliver internal and external events overseeing end to end logistics
  • Flex between Executive Team members as required, including periods of direct support to another executive to maintain continuity and organisational effectiveness.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience supporting a C-suite or senior executive within a large, complex organisation
  • Strategic thinking capability, sound judgement and the confidence to operate autonomously
  • Strong business awareness and the ability to quickly grasp shifting organisational priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with credibility at Board and Executive level
  • Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Absolute discretion, professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive information
  • A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and creating structure that enables leadership success.
