Facilitation Leader

Are you ready to step into a leadership role that shapes the future of engineering training at Air New Zealand? We’re looking for a passionate and driven Facilitation Leader to lead our Christchurch team of Facilitators based at our Christchurch Training Maintenance Organisation.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and customer-focused training solutions that meet learner needs and align with business, regulatory, and safety standards.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring a team of Facilitators to deliver impactful training across a range of subjects—from Level 3 to Rating Classes.
• Supporting classroom delivery when needed, ensuring consistency and excellence in facilitation.
• Planning and managing workload to meet delivery and development targets.
• Driving a strong safety culture and championing our Safety Management System (SMS).
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in training delivery and team performance.
• Communicating effectively across all levels of the business and fostering strong relationships.
