Grabaseat Marketing Promotions Executive (Brand & Marketing Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:
If you love variety, this role is for you. You’ll help grow the Grabaseat channel through marketing activity including Grabaseat packages, retail campaigns, activations, events, and charters.
- End-to-end delivery of Grabaseat packages (flight/accommodation/event package offers)
- Manage key internal and external relationships to identify Packages opportunities that meet customer demand and deliver commercial return.
- Plan and administer Packages on the Grabaseat website and app - coordinate with suppliers, issue customer documents and communications, invoicing.
- Work with the Grabaseat Brand Manager to brief and execute marketing support for Grabaseat packages.
- Commercial analysis and reporting
- Work with Commercial teams to monitor and report on performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Competitor monitoring
- Marketing support
- Campaign planning and delivery – support the Grabaseat Brand Manage to brief creative teams and media agencies, work with internal teams on Owned Channels content, plan and set up eDMs.
- Support at Grabaseat events and charter flights.
- Work with the Grabaseat Channel Manager to identify new partnerships, packages and promotions opportunities.
- General administration support
- Manage invoicing, inbox communication, prize fulfilment, and calendar planning.
- Support the team with fare filing and inventory checks.
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders - Commercial and Sales Support teams, regional travel partners, sponsors, event organisers, hoteliers and wholesalers.
What you’ll bring:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment with challenging timelines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to be flexible and adapt to a changing business environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to upskill on new systems and processes (training will be provided for any company-specific tools/software).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing expertise
- Understanding of campaign management, including social and digital marketing, web & EDM execution, and event management.
- Experience in briefing and working with creative and media agencies.
- Analytical and commercially savvy
- Ability to interpret data and insights to drive effectiveness.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies is helpful, but not essential.
- Ability to travel occasionally for event support, which may at times include out of hours work.
