NDC Senior Specialist (Integration & Onboarding)

We’re looking for an NDC Integration & Onboarding Manager (NDC Senior Specialist) to support the successful rollout of NDC. Sitting within our Distribution team, this role will coordinate the business-side readiness for NDC integrations, working closely with aggregators, internal digital teams, and sales to onboard partners and ensure a smooth go-live experience.
You’ll be managing partner activation plans, helping translate commercial requirements into implementation actions, and ensuring our readiness for NDC grows market by market. If you’re someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, has strong stakeholder coordination skills, and enjoys bringing structure to complex change, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate onboarding journeys for trade partners, in close partnership with GDSs, aggregators and internal teams
- Track integration status, timelines, and dependencies across partners, escalating blockers as needed
- Liaise with global sales team to prioritise agency onboarding pipeline
- Support readiness testing (UAT) from a business and commercial point of view
- Work with squads to define and validate business requirements from Distribution CoE
- Manage and maintain documentation related to onboarding, SLAs, support playbooks, and service guides
- Be the operational owner of the NDC partner onboarding toolkit, ensuring content is current and relevant
We’re looking for someone who ideally brings:
- Experience coordinating partner or vendor onboarding in a cross-functional environment
- Understanding of systems and business processes that support indirect channel integrations
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.
