Personal Assistant (Corporate)

This is your opportunity to step into a high impact support role at the heart of our Corporate Portfolio. As a Personal Assistant supporting a number of our Senior Leadership team, you will help keep a busy and fast paced portfolios running smoothly, enabling our leaders to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for our people and customers.
You will join a collaborative team of Personal Assistants who work together to keep things moving behind the scenes. Based at our Auckland City office, you will build strong relationships across the portfolio and play an important role in creating the clarity, coordination and connection that help our teams thrive.

About the role
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, travel arrangements and expenses, ensuring leaders are organised, prepared and able to focus on strategic priorities
- Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, logistics and minutes, ensuring actions are captured and followed through
- Support onboarding and induction activities, helping new leaders settle in quickly and build strong connections
- Maintain confidentiality while providing trusted administrative support and clear communication across the portfolio
- Partner closely with other Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants and administration colleagues, providing backup support and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination, processes and ways of working that create better outcomes for leaders and teams.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders within a complex, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trusted relationships
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to manage competing priorities while remaining calm, organised and adaptable
- High attention to detail, producing accurate, well-presented documentation
- A growth mindset with curiosity and confidence to leverage emerging technologies, AI tools, and new systems to improve productivity, insight, and the overall effectiveness of the PA function
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to anticipate needs and take initiative.
