How you'll make an impact
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver practical business continuity solutions
- Lead business impact assessments and disruption risk analysis to identify critical functions and strengthen resilience
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans across the Group
- Deliver training, awareness programmes, audits and live exercises that improve organisational preparedness and response capability
- Partner with Digital, Risk, and Emergency Management teams to align resilience strategies and support enterprise objectives
- Provide expert advice during major disruption events to enable timely recovery of critical business operations
- Champion a culture of safety, resilience and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience leading or coordinating complex business continuity, resilience, risk, emergency management, or related programmes
- Experience developing and documenting business continuity, complimenting digital disaster recovery, or crisis management planning
- Strong analytical capability, with experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, business impact assessments and risk evaluation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence and ability to influence leaders, presenting complex information clearly and ensuring business continuity is prioritised accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic concepts into practical, business-focused solutions
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, managing ambiguity and balancing priorities independently and collaboratively
- Advanced tertiary qualifications are preferred in Business, Engineering, Science, Aviation, Computing, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Qualifications in business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency management, or crisis management will be highly regarded.
