  • Champion a culture of safety, resilience and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience leading or coordinating complex business continuity, resilience, risk, emergency management, or related programmes
  • Experience developing and documenting business continuity, complimenting digital disaster recovery, or crisis management planning
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, business impact assessments and risk evaluation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence and ability to influence leaders, presenting complex information clearly and ensuring business continuity is prioritised accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic concepts into practical, business-focused solutions
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, managing ambiguity and balancing priorities independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced tertiary qualifications are preferred in Business, Engineering, Science, Aviation, Computing, Risk Management, or a related discipline. Qualifications in business continuity, disaster recovery, emergency management, or crisis management will be highly regarded.

If you meet the majority of the criteria and are excited by the opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
