We’re recruiting for a Loyalty Support Specialist (Sales Specialist) to join the team based in Auckland. Reporting to the Chapter Lead Loyalty Partners, this role supports our mission to build a world class loyalty and data driven business through managing and enhancing our Airpoints partner relationships.
Loyalty Account Support play a key part in enabling the success of the Airpoints Partner Coalition, supporting the Partner Manager team to deliver on building a world class loyalty coalition. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders and seek to build efficiencies into our processes which contribute to the success of our Coalition.
The role you will play:
- Support the Partnership squads in implementing tactical marketing and communications plans for Airpoints partners to improve member engagement and satisfaction and profitably grow sales.
- Assist Airpoints Partners with day-to-day account support and issue resolution which helps them successfully leverage their programme involvement.
- Support Retail Partnership squad by utilizing existing reporting tools to extract insights and reporting that proves the value and ROI of the investment in Airpoints.
- Contribute to establishing and delivering on a strategic framework with Airpoints Partners that capitalises on the growth of the loyalty programme and building engagement with our mutual customer base.
- Assist in managing contracts with external suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and delivery of quality products and services.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements that enhance the efficiency and performance of our Airpoints Partnerships.
- Support the development and maintenance of strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to facilitate the delivery of business plans, products, and services.
Our ideal candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales, customer service, or administration role and ideally have experience working with third-party accounts or partners
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and basic analytical abilities
- A general understanding of data-led digital marketing principles and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills is essential.
