Senior Business Analyst (Product Management Specialist)

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, contributing to high-value, organisation-wide initiatives. You'll bring experience from diverse projects involving digital transformation, AI implementation, API integration, vendor system integration or software development. 

About the role  

You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You’ll help teams navigate change, manage complexity and deliver impactful outcomes. You'll clarify business needs, shape solutions iteratively, and ensure projects align with strategic goals and operational excellence. 

You'll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert analysis to ensure requirements are clear, prioritised effectively and delivered efficiently. Your contributions will help drive meaningful improvements across a variety of organisational initiatives and systems. 

This role suits a Senior Business Analyst with excellent core BA capabilities, comfortable guiding teams from ambiguity to clear, structured delivery through iterative discovery and collaboration. 

About you  

You'll bring experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within complex, large-scale projects. 

Key experience we're interested in includes: 

  • At least five years as a Senior Business Analyst 

  • Proven capability in workshops, discovery, stakeholder management and clear documentation 

  • Strong experience with user stories, process mapping and options analysis 

  • Familiarity with agile environments and practices, comfortable with iterative delivery approaches 

  • Experience working on digital transformation, AI, APIs, vendor integration or software development projects 

  • Previous experience in operational services or compliance-related environments would be advantageous 

  • Excellent communication skills, able to build productive relationships across business and technical teams
