Senior Shared Services Specialist - Enablement

As part of our commitment to excellence, we’re searching for a Senior Shared Services Enablement Specialist to join our Group Shared Services chapter and play a key role in our Financial Systems Enablement Squad.

This role sits at the heart of our corporate systems transformation, with a focus on improving core processes, enhancing key platforms and delivering high-impact solutions that support the backbone of our business, from finance to payroll and beyond. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment, surrounded by people who thrive on continuous improvement and delivering meaningful change.

What you’ll do:

You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand system pain points and identify improvement opportunities. You’ll analyse processes, uncover insights and help shape solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce cost and improve compliance. You’ll also:

  • Lead system and process improvements across platforms such as PeopleSoft, SAP and ServiceNow

  • Translate business needs into actionable solutions, driving delivery through collaboration and data-driven decisions

  • Embed yourself in a cross-functional agile squad and contribute to high-value outcomes

  • Deliver compelling insights through data analysis and reporting, influencing key business decisions

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in business process enablement, systems analysis or similar roles

  • Proven knowledge of corporate service systems such as finance, payroll or procurement

  • Confidence in navigating complexity and ambiguity to deliver results

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through process and system enhancements

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and change management methodologies

  • Experience working in an agile environment and contributing to a strong team culture
